A Manhattan tattoo parlour, East Side Ink, has been fined after letting singer, Rihanna, illegally tattoo several of its artists. While celebrities in LA can willfully get away with crimes so severe as murder and merrily walk away with little more than a slap on the wrist, NYC don’t plat dat and should you doodle on people without a proper license, you’re going to get the book and a hefty fine thrown square at you.
