Kathy Griffin, clad in a sexy and revealing Santa costume, was on hand for a double celebration at The Abbey in West Hollywood, CA last night. Not only was Kathy celebrating her 49th birthday (which is today, actually) but she was also celebrating the release of her new Xmas album Suckin’ It for the Holidays.
