Superstar Jay-Z plans to play a charity gig on 9/11 in Madison Square Garden. To honor the tragic day's eighth anniversary, the rapper will perform the gig on the day that thousands were killed in the terrorist attack on the World Trade Center in 2001.
The hip-hop mogul will headline the concert on the day his new album The Blueprint 3 is released. Money raised from the concert will reportedly go to the New York Police, Fire Widows' and Children's Benefit Fund.
