Kate Moss has been offered ?50,000 to appear on the X Factor and help pal Louis Walsh pick his final three acts.
The supermodel is being lined up to jet to Italy with the Irish judge later this month for five days of filming.
Kate, 35, will watch the best six bands then help him decide who goes through to the all-important live shows.
Although contracts have yet to be signed, it is understood Kate has verbally agreed to guest on the ITV1 talent show.
